Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC15A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,934 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, Phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process, and Response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with SLC15A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A1 results are reported.
