SLC14A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC14A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC14A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SLC14A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC14A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC14A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SLC14A2-low versus SLC14A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC14A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC14A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
