Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC14A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,355 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC14A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway, Biotin transport, and Response to transforming growth factor beta. Each is linked with SLC14A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC14A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC14A1 results are reported.
