SLC13A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC13A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,610 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC13A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM33, TRIM66, and UBAP1L. Each is linked with SLC13A4 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC13A4 versus RBM33 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC13A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC13A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
