SLC13A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC13A4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC13A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SLC13A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SLC13A4-low versus SLC13A4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC13A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC13A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
