Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC13A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,304 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC13A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG20, ARHGAP31_S272, and SDC4. Each is linked with SLC13A3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A3 results are reported.
