SLC12A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC12A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,238 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC12A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICE1, CNDP2, and SP2. Each is linked with SLC12A7 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC12A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC12A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC12A7 versus ICE1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC12A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC12A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
