Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC12A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,240 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC12A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SLC12A7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC12A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC12A7 results are reported.
