SLC12A2

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC12A2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC12A2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SLC12A2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC12A2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

CESC, SCLC, and PAAD are the cancer types where SLC12A2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
