Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC11A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,998 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC11A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FCER1G, HCK, and HK3. Each is linked with SLC11A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC11A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC11A1 results are reported.
