SLC11A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC11A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,791 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC11A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, HK3, and FPR2. Each is linked with SLC11A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC11A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC11A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC11A1 versus VSIG4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC11A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC11A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
