SLC11A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC11A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC11A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPXCR1, AQP12A, and OR1J2. Each is linked with SLC11A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC11A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC11A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPXCR1 grouped by SLC11A1-low versus SLC11A1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC11A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC11A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
