Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC10A7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC10A7 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SLC10A7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC10A7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and CHOL are the cancer types where SLC10A7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
