Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC10A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,477 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC10A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heparin proteoglycan biosynthetic process, Response to dehydroepiandrosterone, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SLC10A7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A7 results are reported.
