Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC10A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC10A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-176P, MTCO3P39, and CADM2-AS2. Each is linked with SLC10A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-176P grouped by SLC10A5-low versus SLC10A5-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
