SLC10A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC10A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,353 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex organization, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with SLC10A4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein-DNA complex organization grouped by SLC10A4-low versus SLC10A4-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
