Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC10A2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC10A2 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SLC10A2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC10A2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SLC10A2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
