SLC10A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC10A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX2, EXO1, and A2M. Each is linked with SLC10A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX2 grouped by SLC10A2-low versus SLC10A2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
