SLC10A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC10A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, KRT33A, and OR5A1. Each is linked with SLC10A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by SLC10A2-low versus SLC10A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
