SLC10A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC10A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,324 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEA1_S52, STIM1_S257, and GATAD2B_S334. Each is linked with SLC10A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A1 versus EEA1_S52 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
