SLC10A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC10A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA1, HBA2, and HBB. Each is linked with SLC10A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A1 versus HBA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
