SLC10A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC10A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACC1P1, RNA5SP198, and LINC01734. Each is linked with SLC10A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TACC1P1 grouped by SLC10A1-low versus SLC10A1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
