Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC10A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,768 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stress granule assembly, RNA catabolic process, and Nucleic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with SLC10A1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A1 results are reported.
