SLC10A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC10A1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,006 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANK1, PLXND1, and UPF1. Each is linked with SLC10A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANK1 grouped by SLC10A1-low versus SLC10A1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
