SLAMF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, PSMB10, and PTPN7. Each is linked with SLAMF7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF7-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF7 versus WAS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
