SLAMF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,858 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIM2, FCRL5, and PNOC. Each is linked with SLAMF7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF7-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF7 versus PIM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
