SLAMF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP312, TMEM269, and LSM3. Each is linked with SLAMF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF7-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP312 grouped by SLAMF7-low versus SLAMF7-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
