Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAMF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,003 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis, Membrane assembly, and Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with SLAMF7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF7-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF7 results are reported.
