SLAMF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,317 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RASAL3_S72, and ADA2. Each is linked with SLAMF6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF6-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF6 versus RASAL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
