SLAMF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX5, SIVA1, and IFRD2. Each is linked with SLAMF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF6-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLRX5 grouped by SLAMF6-low versus SLAMF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
