SLAMF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, p90 RSK, and Src. Each is linked with SLAMF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF6-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by SLAMF6-low versus SLAMF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
