SLAMF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAMF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,159 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A1, CD84, and SNX22. Each is linked with SLAMF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF6-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF6 versus MS4A1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
