Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAMF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,526 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell differentiation. Each is linked with SLAMF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF6-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF6 results are reported.
