SLAMF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,870 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PTPN7, and RCSD1. Each is linked with SLAMF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF1-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF1 versus PSMB10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
