Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLAMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDFY4, CLECL1, and CD37. Each is linked with SLAMF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF1-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF1 versus WDFY4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
