Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLAMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, MEK1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SLAMF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF1-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SLAMF1-low versus SLAMF1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
