Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAMF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,348 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane raft localization, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with SLAMF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF1-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF1 results are reported.
