Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLA2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLA2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SLA2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where SLA2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
