Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,637 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, SKAP2, and SPN_S355. Each is linked with SLA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLA2-to-partner and partner-to-SLA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLA2 versus SAMHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
