Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YBX1P10, GBP1, and PCDHB8. Each is linked with SLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLA2-to-partner and partner-to-SLA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLA2 versus YBX1P10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
