Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3C15, MIR586, and RPS29P31. Each is linked with SLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLA2-to-partner and partner-to-SLA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3C15 grouped by SLA2-low versus SLA2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
