Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, TIGAR, and HER2. Each is linked with SLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLA2-to-partner and partner-to-SLA2 results are reported.
