Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, SLCO1C1, and CER1. Each is linked with SLA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLA-to-partner and partner-to-SLA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by SLA-low versus SLA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
