Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2, ALYREF, and MRPS7. Each is linked with SKP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKP2 versus KPNA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
