Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,926 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, and DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with SKP2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKP2 results are reported.
