Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, USP14, and CLUAP1. Each is linked with SKP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKP2 results are reported.
