Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SKP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SKP1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher SKP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SKP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LSCC, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where SKP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
