SKP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,897 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAMP1, HSPA4, and NUDCD2. Each is linked with SKP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKP1 versus SCAMP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
