SKP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 127 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-15P, RNA5SP114, and SCARNA21B. Each is linked with SKP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-15P grouped by SKP1-low versus SKP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
