SKP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, IGFBP2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SKP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SKP1-low versus SKP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
